The intent of the project was to create a workspace that was more reflective of this growing technology company’s culture and values. The space incorporates clean finishes, great views and key Feng Shui design principles. The 18,000 square feet of Class A office space features demountable office fronts with sliding doors, a boardroom with large glass pivot doors, a break room with open ceilings and two large water features in the lobby. The space was constructed from a warm shell, reusing only the existing ceiling grid and available mechanical equipment.
Hughes Marino led the project team from leasing and work letter review through closeout, and operated as the boots on the ground for a management team that was primarily located at the company’s headquarters in Asia. The project was completed on time and within budget.
Hughes Marino provided complete project management services from building selection, due diligence, design and permitting to selection of the general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
