Greenwave Systems relocated their office to occupy a full floor in a new building. The new office space consists of open ceiling environments, all glass break rooms, polished concrete floors, electronics lab, and state-of-the-art conference and board rooms.
Hughes Marino was able to deliver a Class A high-end office space within the five month overall project schedule, which included design, permitting, and construction. The team met the challenge of a ten week construction schedule by proactively vetting issues, ordering materials, and scheduling subcontractors efficiently.
Hughes Marino provided full project management services including contract negotiation, design oversight and milestone monitoring, overall project budgeting of general contractor and owner direct costs, schedule adherence, and project closeout review.
