Classy is known for being one of the best places to work in the country—and their space reflects it. Located downtown, Classy’s space features floor-to-ceiling glass, historic brick walls and a view into an iconic baseball stadium. Classy chose to wrap the interior of the building in historic brick, with metal and glass storefront systems installed in conference rooms, phone rooms and offices. The kitchen serves as a focal point, with a restaurant-style bar, a colorful backsplash and industrial-style farm tables. With polished concrete floors and exposed, open ceilings, the sleek and modern space showcases the raw character of the building.
Working with the Hughes Marino brokerage team, Hughes Marino’s project management team helped identify the project site, budget and timeline in addition to playing an integral role throughout the lease and work letter negotiation. The multi-phase project was completed on time and on budget.
Hughes Marino provided complete project management services from building selection, due diligence, design and permitting to selection of the general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
