About

Will Tober is a senior vice president at Hughes Marino and co-leads the Hughes Marino Life Sciences Tenant Services team, HM Science, in Orange County. Will specializes in the delivering no-conflict brokerage for biotech, medical device, instrumentation and healthcare companies. Leveraging a team of in-house experts, Will prides himself on executing high-value, time-critical and complex transactions at the highest level. His expertise in site selection, strategic planning, financial analysis, negotiation and transaction structuring have allowed him to create great results for his clients throughout Southern California.

In addition to representing business leaders in their lease and purchase transactions, Will serves on the board of two incredible nonprofit organizations, one of which he co-founded while attending the University of Southern California. A native of San Clemente, Will was a defensive back on the USC Trojans football team and also held executive positions in the Sigma Chi fraternity.

Will, his wife, Kaylin, and their two children, Jackson and Chloe currently reside in San Clemente where they attend Zion Church. They enjoy going to the beach, traveling and listening to country music in their free time. An avid sports fan, Will loves to watch the Lakers, Angels and Trojans as much as he can.
