Art Green is an executive vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. A seasoned professional, Art has extensive experience in helping companies with their office space needs, including headquarters relocations, lease restructuring, renewals, expansions, contractions, strategic planning and needs assessment.

Art has worked with his corporate clients on tens of millions of square feet in transactions throughout his 35-year career. His emphasis has been to create and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align his clients’ corporate real estate to their operating businesses, thereby maximizing value and minimizing expense, all while improving culture, through the use of intelligent real estate strategy.

Over his career, Art has negotiated leases or consulted on projects for clients such as Fidelity Investments, Gruma Corporation, Apex Clearing, H.I.G. Capital, Pegasus Solutions, Brightland Homes, System Soft Technologies, Union Main Homes and Socotec Advisory Group, to name a few. Because of his tenure in the industry, Art has gained a vast knowledge of the market and its movements and has built strong relationships with building owners and landlords across the Dallas area.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Art was a principal at Avison Young/Cresa for over 15 years and was a managing director with Studley (Savills) for eight years.

As a long-time resident of Dallas, Art is an active member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and serves on the Board of Directors of CARE Dallas.
