Description
The project consisted of new design and construction of a 4,000 square foot credit union branch building. Key elements include a drive-thru, vaulted ceiling lobby, full service teller lines and safe deposit box vault. Full construction of restrooms, a breakroom, and a client café area were included in the building.

Hughes Marino was able to expedite the project in order to complete construction and occupy the building 2 weeks ahead of schedule and less than 6 months after closing on the purchase of the property. By negotiating the construction contract and value engineering the project, it was delivered to the client $400k under the approved budget. Hughes Marino also managed the relationship with the shopping center developer in order to fast-track building material selections and approvals.
