The LEED certified project consisted of 30,000 square feet of multi-level corporate tenant improvements. Key elements included a large multi-purpose space and dining area, a high density file system, and an exterior terrace. This project, awarded LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council, featured recycled and low-emitting materials, Energy Star equipment, green power, and enhanced commissioning of the mechanical systems.
Hughes Marino managed the coordination of approximately 15 different consultants located all over the United States. By effectively running conference call based project management meetings we were able to reduce travel required by the project architect and client to save $25,000.
