This 35,000 square foot high-end tenant improvement project consisted of a large central conference center with movable walls and rolling service counters. The large collaborative areas created were a key component that made this space very usable for the client.
Hughes Marino was able to assist the design team in evaluating and mitigating a noise issue associated with the building central plan. By locating back of office and louder function areas to the south of the space and more sound sensitive areas in the remaining space, Hughes Marino was able to avoid a serious issue with sound that may have rendered areas of the space unusable.
Hughes Marino provided project management services from architectural firm selection, design and permit through selection of a general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
