Shed is a wellness company that offers products that help people lead healthy lifestyles. As the company grew rapidly, so did its headcount, and they needed a larger office quickly. When Shed set out to find a permanent home in Utah, they weren’t just looking for square footage, they were looking for a space that could amplify their culture, bring their growing team together and support the next chapter of their growth. Our team had the privilege of partnering with Shed to identify and secure a headquarters that would do exactly that.
Located in South Jordan, UT, the office feels less like a traditional workplace and more like a modern clubhouse: warm, intentional and rooted in lifestyle. From the hospitality-inspired lounge at the entry to the thoughtfully layered textures, surfboard accents and vibrant greenery, the space immediately reflects Shed’s energy and identity. It’s hip, high-performing and unpretentious, just like the team itself.
The design intentionally taps into Shed’s outdoorsy, athletic and health-minded culture. Subtle nods to Hawaii, inspired by the CEO’s time there, blend seamlessly with themes celebrating an active lifestyle, including biking and hiking. A custom accent wall showcasing a winding mountain roadway grounds the space in Utah’s landscape and reinforces Shed’s mission to support a complete wellness journey.
Functionally, the space strengthens how Shed’s team works. Open benching encourages collaboration, while glass-front private offices and conference rooms maintain transparency and natural light throughout. Multiple gathering areas create opportunities for teamwork, informal connection and faster problem-solving, supporting the company’s high-trust, high-ownership approach.
The showstopping conference room provides a space where the team can focus, collaborate and bring ideas to life—perfect for discussing new initiatives, convening remote teams and hosting leadership gatherings. Its vivid orange seating, warm wood accent wall, modern lighting and serene mountain views create an environment that’s both energizing and reflective of Shed’s wellness-driven culture.
During downtime, teammates can recharge in a bright, modern kitchen, fully stocked with coffee, a variety of beverages and light snacks to keep energy levels high. On sunny days, teammates can soak in the sun and enjoy fresh air on the outdoor patio, perfect for quick chats. For moments when teammates want a bit of fun or friendly competition, Shed’s office even features a state-of-the-art golf simulator, offering a playful escape without ever leaving the building.
Shed’s new headquarters positions the company to scale intentionally, attract top-tier talent and grow with confidence. In the past, the team moved between spaces within the building and relied on short-term subleases as availability allowed. Now, they have a true long-term landing space that brings stability and focus to this next chapter.
