Our team makes it a top priority to embrace recognition in the workplace, and to ensure that our team members are regularly recognized for creating “WOW-worthy” moments for our clients and for each other.
At the beginning of each year, every teammate is provided with WOW Cards, a fun concept our team created as part of our commitment to building a culture of recognition. Designed by our very own marketing team, these five cards represent the unique opportunity to recognize one another in front of the entire company for hard work, determination, grit, selflessness, compassion and other truly admirable acts. Our team has presented WOW Cards for achievements such as successfully leading a challenging project, helping someone change their flat tire and for other instances in which we go out of our way to brighten the days of our team members and the world around us!
The presentation of our WOW Cards is one of our favorite elements at our team meetings, which have truly helped shape our award-winning culture at Hughes Marino.
