About
Tyler Herman is a vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Denver office, Tyler’s extensive knowledge of the local markets coupled with his background in mediation and detail orientation ensure meaningful outcomes for his tenant and buyer clients.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Tyler spent several years with the United States Marine Corps serving in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Upon completing his service with the Marine Corps, Tyler transitioned into law enforcement where he served his community as a state trooper and police officer. Tyler considers himself fortunate to have served in numerous capacities throughout his career, some of which include his time as detective, patrol officer, school marshal officer, and crisis intervention coach wherein he traveled Colorado and humbly certified 200+ sworn police officers in crisis intervention.
After 14 years of public service, Tyler joined Comcast, a Fortune 30 company. Tyler served in multiple senior roles both in Denver, as well as the California region. Working hand-in-hand with legal, operations, facilities/real estate and numerous other lines of business provided Tyler incredible corporate perspective.
Having been afforded the opportunity to travel the world, Tyler ultimately returned to Colorado and first earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership through the Colorado State University system before obtaining his M.B.A from the University of Denver. When he’s not working, Tyler can be found spending time with his wife and two young children, mountain biking, hiking, golfing and competing in obstacle course races.
