Sam Wilson is an associate vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based out of the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office, Sam works alongside his team to deliver exceptional brokerage, lease advisory and tenant representation services to companies and organizations in North Carolina and across the nation.
Sam graduated from Appalachian State University, where he developed strong communication and relationship-building skills that continue to shape how he connects with clients and advocates on their behalf. Prior to joining Hughes Marino, he built a foundation in client relationships and business development through his work in the FinTech and RegTech recruiting sector, where he developed a keen understanding of how businesses grow, scale and evaluate their operational needs.
When he is not in the office, you will find Sam on the golf course or fly fishing. He is also a passionate fan of his local and regional Carolina sports teams.
