Matt Mangum is a senior vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers rather than landlords and sellers. Based in the company’s Salt Lake City office, Matt has a proven track record of facilitating successful outcomes for his clients, where he specializes in office and industrial transactions.

Matt has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market as well as the influences that drive it. He specializes in assisting office and industrial clients in developing a real estate strategy that can help them achieve both their short and long-term business goals. Matt has developed an expertise in applying financial structure to leasing projects to improve the real estate’s impact on his tenant clients’ corporate financial statements.

After graduating from the University of Utah, Matt gained extensive experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Matt worked at cRc Nationwide for five years where he focused on investment sales and tenant advisory for lease transactions. Before cRc Nationwide, Matt gained vast experience in client relations as a sales team manager at Vivint Smart Home.

Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and children. From playing golf, pickleball, skiing, boating, biking, hiking and more, Matt loves to get outside and spend time with friends and loved ones.
