Jake Levy is an associate vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Operating out of the firm’s Orange County office, Jake works alongside his team to advise business leaders across a full spectrum of corporate real estate services, including brokerage, construction management, and lease auditing and administration.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Jake established his client-facing skills as a sales development representative at Oracle, where he contributed to $6M in revenue through strategic outbound prospecting and account growth. His background also includes real estate and project administration experience, having interned with the County of Orange’s real estate division, where he assisted in overseeing local land development projects, and with Consolidated Contracting, where he facilitated communication across cross-functional teams of architects, contractors and project managers.
Outside of work, you can often find Jake surfing at his favorite Orange County beaches, snowboarding, riding dirt bikes or playing guitar.
