Jacob Curtis is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in the company’s Salt Lake City office, Jacob brings a comprehensive understanding of the market to every project for his clients. He provides invaluable insight to support his clients in making strategic decisions that support long-term business growth and achieve successful outcomes in each real estate transaction. Whether assisting with leasing agreements or property acquisitions, Jacob delivers excellence to his clients every step of the way.

After graduating from Brigham Young University, Jacob worked in the tech industry for Slack, a digital communication platform acquired by Salesforce and at an AI product development startup called Particl. This firsthand experience of working with technology founders gave Jacob a unique purview into the challenges and opportunities his clients face as they scale, and fueled his desire to help his clients achieve their strategic objectives.

In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing golf, pickleball and rooting for his favorite team—the Denver Nuggets. He loves spending time with his wife, Tessa and his son, Charlie.
