Ike Rubio is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in the company’s Dallas office, Ike brings a dynamic background in enterprise technology sales, equipping him with a sharp ability to understand complex client needs and deliver strategic solutions across multiple service lines.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Ike held leadership roles at some of the most recognized names in the technology industry. As director of strategic accounts at Tanium, he managed high-value client relationships at the enterprise level. Before that, he served as a regional sales executive at Pure Storage and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
In addition to his corporate experience, Ike served as a commissioned officer in the United States military, supporting joint-task force operations within United States Southern Command and operational environments. His military service strengthened his leadership, strategic planning and mission-focused approach.
That background in building lasting relationships and delivering results for major organizations is something his real estate clients benefit from every day.
Outside of work, Ike enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two long-haired dachshunds. You can also find him outdoors, whether it’s hiking, reading or training for his next Ironman.
