Bryce Ashton

Bryce Ashton is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in the firm’s Orange County office, Bryce and his team deliver no-conflict brokerage, construction management, lease auditing and lease administration services to companies and organizations throughout the nation.

Before entering commercial real estate, Bryce spent a decade in sales leadership with his family’s Southern California wholesale industrial distribution company, where he developed deep expertise in the regional market. His work brought him into contact with occupiers across virtually every industry, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how businesses of all types approach their real estate needs.

Bryce combines his hands-on market knowledge with Hughes Marino’s tenant-focused discipline to create leverage and opportunity for his clients. Having come from the business world himself, he understands the pressures and priorities that drive decision-making at the occupier level, allowing him to truly understand and advocate for his clients in a way that goes beyond the transaction. His expertise in site selection, strategic planning, financial analysis and negotiation allows him to align each client’s real estate decisions with their broader business objectives, delivering outcomes that are strategically sound, cost-effective and positioned for long-term success.

Bryce and his wife, a Newport Beach native like himself, live in the community where they both grew up, with their son Ford, another baby on the way, and their black English Labrador, Murphy. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course, skiing, on the water or tackling home projects alongside his wife.
