Brian Webster is a senior vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers, where he advises companies in various industries with all aspects of their commercial real estate needs. Operating out of the company’s Seattle office, Brian consistently delivers favorable outcomes for his clients, backed by a proven track record across diverse and complex negotiations. Brian approaches every challenge with energy and dedication, and strives to facilitate seamless transactions through his thoughtful, creative and collaborative approach.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Brian was an advisor at KBC Advisors, serving industrial clients across North and Central America. During his time there, he focused on last-mile distribution as well as first- and middle-mile fulfillment network expansion and optimization, supporting the largest U.S. e-commerce company across the U.S. and Mexico. He also played a key role in managing its leased portfolio throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico, overseeing renewal strategies and lease negotiations. Over the course of his tenure at KBC Advisors, Brian negotiated and closed more than 400 transactions, including existing and speculative warehouse leases, land acquisitions for build-to-suits, developer-led build-to-suits, IOS leases, and office leases.

Brian received his bachelor of science in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Washington, and received his MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, you can find Brian wrangling his kids and doodle, exploring the great outdoors, or trying new recipes at home.
