Alex Foley is a senior vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. As a member of the firm’s Dallas office, Alex advises industrial and office users in various industries with all aspects of their commercial real estate activities throughout the DFW Metroplex and across North America.

Alex serves as a trusted advisor, always keeping his clients’ best interests in mind and suggesting creative solutions. He has extensive experience managing national portfolios for both private equity backed and publicly traded Fortune 1000 corporations, where he consults with real estate managers and executive management on the evaluation and structure of their entire real estate portfolios. During his tenure, Alex has completed transactions in 30+ states.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Alex was a vice president at Swearingen Realty Group, where he gained years of experience representing tenants in the Dallas area and across the U.S. There, he developed and managed executive level relationships, while specializing in location strategy, lease negotiations and portfolio management.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Mississippi, double majoring in finance and real estate. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Abby, and their golden retriever, Griffey. His interests include traveling, athletics, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
