Chris Nash serves as a senior vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. As a founding member and integral part of the firm’s Houston office, Chris specializes in advising office users with their commercial real estate initiatives in the greater Houston market, as well as across North America.

A proven expert in representing companies of all sizes in both the private and publicly traded sectors, Chris has deep knowledge in overseeing his clients’ overall real estate strategy and portfolio management initiatives. He works with key decision-makers and corporate executives to advise his clients through each phase of a transaction, ensuring clients are informed and able to make confident decisions that are aligned with their organization’s needs and goals.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Chris was a senior vice president at Colliers for six years. During this time, he successfully negotiated and completed hundreds of transactions on behalf of his clients, ranging from independently owned companies to publicly traded corporations with local, national and international locations. His career is marked by many notable achievements, including the Connect Media Next Generation Award in 2018 and Colliers’ Top Revenue Producer Award in 2020, 2022 and 2023.

In his free time, Chris enjoys the outdoors, including bike rides around Houston and neighborhood walks with his wife, Tina, their son, Charlie, and his black lab, Lucy. His favorite hobbies include snow skiing, hunting, fishing and surfing on the Texas Gulf Coast.
