Office space is not only important for a company’s success, but it is also a key component that can influence your company culture! DiversyFund’s office located downtown is a perfect example of creating a workspace that is perfect for your team to thrive!
DiversyFund’s vision is to leverage new technology to revolutionize the way investors can diversify their long-term investment portfolios. Founders Craig Cecilio and Alan Lewis are on a mission to provide investors with opportunities to invest in real estate assets through their user-friendly online crowdfunding platform. Let’s take a peek at their space!
When you first step foot into their office, you are immediately greeted with an open, bright space that features a reception sitting area full of bright accent colors and a wall that prominently features DiveryFund’s logo. To the left, you also encounter a sleek, glass-enclosed conference room that has views of the city below.
DiversyFund’s kitchen is also a central focal point as the bright red backsplash perfectly complements the vibe in the office!
In the middle of the space, a bright cerulean blue lounge set is featured atop artificial turf which is the perfect spot for team members and guests alike to relax and take a break during their busy day.
They also have an office that is a green room. How awesome is that?! This is a great spot for team members to use as a phone room. The entire suite is spacious and open which allows for collaboration between the different departments.
Not only does the space include plenty of common areas for team members to gather, but they also have a cool divider that features blue and grey colors first encountered in the reception area. DiversyFund’s suite has windows all around which allows for plenty of natural light to flood into the office.
Congratulations to DiversyFund for creating a space that is not only perfect for their team but allows them to deliver best-in-class service to their investors!
