Trent Terra is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Working out of the firm’s East Bay office, Trent and his team deliver best-in-class brokerage, construction management, lease auditing and lease administration services to companies and organizations across the nation.

After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, Trent began his career as an account executive in the tech industry. Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Trent worked with multiple startups, each presenting their own unique challenges across various industries and geographies. These experiences have honed his ability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate diverse challenges, providing unique and specialized solutions to his clients.

In his free time, Trent enjoys all activities that involve being outdoors. This often includes golfing or playing tennis with friends, snowboarding or taking his dog for long walks.
