Description
The CPC Strategy Tenant Improvement consisted of design, permitting, construction, and occupancy of the top two floors located in a Downtown San Diego high-rise. Each floor plate set the standard for an open space design – no employee has a private office, including executive officers. As a young energetic firm, CPC Strategy’s new office could compare to a Wall Street trading floor with conference rooms strategically placed throughout for private employee or client meetings. With 360-degree views of the Coronado Bridge, Petco Park, San Diego Bay, and San Diego’s dynamic landscape, CPC Strategy has a new home that allows its team to completely submerge itself within the progressive culture of America’s Finest City.
