Description
Jewish Family Services decided to undergo a complete campus remodel of the interior and exteriors of their buildings. Some exterior enhancements included environmentally conscious and water-wise landscaping. The interior remodeling included a full commercial kitchen, vegetable and herb gardens, new campus main entry element and installation of photo voltaic systems on both buildings.
Added Value
Hughes Marino helped Jewish Family Services through the entire campus redevelopment process by providing preliminary schedule and budgeting in order to gain board approval for the project. Once approved, Hughes Marino guided the design and construction team from plan development through occupancy, aiding in the phasing plan which was required as the campus needed to remain in use during the course of the project.
Service Provided
Hughes Marino provided project and construction management services which included weekly site visits, constructability reviews, documentation control, schedule and budget review.
