Bob McGriff is an executive vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry representing tenants, Bob has advised hundreds of clients, providing both technical and strategic expertise in growth planning, market research, financial analysis, forecasting, portfolio management, site selection and transactional management.
Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Bob served as a principal at Cresa, specializing in advising corporate tenants on their real estate leasing and purchasing. Before his time at Cresa, he was corporate managing director at Savills, where he also represented corporate tenants in their real estate needs. Bob has extensive experience helping companies with their highly specialized manufacturing facilities, e-commerce fulfillment operations, life science facilities and corporate office projects across the country. In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and going to the beach. He also played football and baseball throughout his childhood, and spent two years playing college football at University of Nebraska and San Diego State University.
