This tenant improvement project was a total overhaul of an existing building, including shell modifications with a completely new interior. The design incorporated the expansion of an existing mezzanine to allow for the required additional office and lab square footage. With open structure, high ceilings and bright colors throughout, this fun and unique office space will be a great new home for OncoSec both functionally and aesthetically.
Hughes Marino was able to ensure that this complicated project was completed within the tight schedule guidelines created by the need to consolidate multiple out-of-state locations into one central headquarters. With interior and exterior modifications occurring simultaneously, our team was able to monitor progress and ensure the landlord’s obligations were being met.
Hughes Marino provided full design and construction management services from building selection and due diligence, to design and construction oversight throughout the project’s duration.
