We’re proud to announce that Hughes Marino Vice President Greg Paugh was recently appointed to the Board for Denver’s chapter of the Young Professionals in Energy (YPE).
Young Professionals in Energy – Denver (YPE), is a global non-profit organization with more than 40,000 members worldwide and 2,000+ members in its Denver Chapter. YPE aims to facilitate the advancement of young professionals in the Denver and global energy industry by providing a forum for networking and career development through social, educational and civic service opportunities.
“I’m so grateful to be a part of the Denver Energy Network through YPE,” says Greg. “It’s empowering that I’m able to be a more active participant in the conversation around energy systems in our community and a strong advocate for the industry. Joining a group of like-minded go-getters in this space has really broadened my perspectives, and opened my network on all things energy.”
In addition to Greg’s appointment to the board, Greg has been selected to serve as the Director of Community Engagement for the YPE Board. This role will leverage Greg’s expertise in the energy sector while engaging with local energy executives and those associated with servicing and supporting the industry to expand the greater professional network within the industry in the Denver area.
With his expertise in representing commercial tenants and buyers with their real estate strategy, negotiations and transactions at Hughes Marino, Greg is dedicated to helping serve as an advisor to incredible organizations with their real estate needs across the Denver and Boulder regions. Working specifically within in the energy sector, Greg is able to utilize his experience and passion for the industry to help companies make the best real estate decisions and drive progress and efficiency in the industry that makes the world go round.
“I’ve been around the energy world for most of my professional life, and am an incredibly strong advocate for the industry,” Greg states. “Energy is essential to the human experience, and it’s hard to argue that any other industry has had a higher impact on the length and quality of human life than energy.
