Spencer Forrest is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Dallas office, Spencer represents and advises companies in their corporate real estate strategies and provides his clients with top quality corporate real estate representation.

Spencer’s foundation in commercial real estate and finance, coupled with his knowledge of the DFW market, enables him to deliver excellent results to his clients. He focuses on providing creative solutions for office and industrial tenants across the DFW metroplex.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Spencer worked at Fortress Investment Group providing analytical and asset management support on a diverse portfolio of debt and equity investments across a variety of asset types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, student housing, hospitality and data centers. Prior to his work at Fortress, Spencer started his career as a consultant with Deloitte in the Real Estate Valuation group. While at Deloitte, he utilized the sales comparison, cost and income approach to perform property and portfolio-level valuation on various asset types in both domestic and international markets.

Spencer was born and raised in Southern California and has resided in Dallas since 2013. He graduated from SMU with degrees in real estate finance and economics. In his free time, Spencer enjoys traveling, hiking, playing golf, going to the lake and spending quality time with his friends and family.
