Nick Lazar is a vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Operating out of the company’s San Diego headquarters, Nick advises clients across all phases of their corporate real estate needs, providing best-in-class service designed to help their businesses grow and succeed.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Nick began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, serving office and industrial clients across North America. Before beginning his real estate career, Nick worked at Zoom, where he advised his numerous clients on workplace collaboration strategies and the evolving future of work.
Nick received his bachelor of arts in communications and media studies from the University of California Santa Barbara. Outside of work, you can often find Nick reading, golfing and practicing Muay Thai.
