About
Grant Wong is a senior client relations manager for Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers. Grant brings extensive client relations experience from his years working in construction project management.
Grant earned his degree in environmental systems (Earth Science) from the University of California, San Diego and started his career at UC San Diego’s Capital Program Management department. He began as a project specialist supporting construction project managers with a wide array of projects including the UC San Diego Blue Line Trolley Extension, Design and Innovation Building and Epstein Family Amphitheater. After a year, Grant was promoted to business enterprise specialist where he supervised a team of project specialists. In this role, he also worked diligently to build workflows in e-Builder, the construction management software used by UC San Diego. His goal was to automate as much of the contractual and financial processes needed to ensure successful project completion.
In his free time, Grant enjoys cooking (wood-fired pizza and smoking meat) and baking. He also enjoys building and riding bicycles, playing ping-pong, tennis, fishing and snowboarding. His biggest passion of all is DJ-ing!
