Collin Higgins is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Dallas office, Collin represents tenants and buyers in their commercial real estate transactions and ensures his clients receive best-in-class service to help their businesses thrive.

Collin is dedicated to delivering excellence to his clients and specializes in representing industrial users across DFW and nationally. He is a strategic partner to his clients, suggesting creative solutions to help achieve their specific goals. Collin assists companies in a wide variety of transactions, including strategic planning, lease and purchase negotiations, dispositions, lease renewals and renegotiations, facility purchases and build-to-suits.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Collin worked as a tenant advisor at Dallas-based commercial real estate firm Swearingen Realty Group, where he specialized in helping companies achieve optimal results for their corporate real estate needs. Prior to Swearingen, Collin worked at CBRE in the Dallas market. Collin also worked at AT&T’s corporate office, where he gained years of extensive experience in corporate operations.

In his free time, Collin enjoys spending time with friends, family and his yellow lab, Milo. You can find him training for his next triathlon, playing volleyball, pickleball or snowboarding.
