Chris Rohrbach is a vice president at Hughes Marino, an award-winning commercial real estate firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers—never landlords. Chris has experience working with both landlords and tenants in the competitive Eastside and Seattle markets and utilizes this experience to help his clients navigate the complex process of leasing or buying office space.
Born and raised in the Seattle area, Chris has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market as well as the influences that drive it. Through creative analysis and market knowledge, Chris is able to help his clients through the many challenges that office tenants face in a competitive market.
A Washington native, Chris attended the University of Washington as a collegiate athlete before transferring and graduating from Central Washington University, where he played college football for three additional seasons.
Chris lives in Issaquah with his wife, Marisa, daughter, Kennedy and son, Kingston. When not at work, Chris loves spending time with his family.
