Berkley Baker is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in advising tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Dallas office, Berkley is dedicated to protecting his clients’ best interests and providing them with top quality corporate real estate representation.

Berkley leverages his financial background and in-depth knowledge of the DFW market to better advise his clients on the impact of real estate decisions and to identify creative solutions. He specializes in representing tenants in office and flex/industrial leasing transactions across Dallas-Fort Worth, and aims to proactively communicate to ensure his clients are informed. Berkley has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate real estate, including strategic planning and needs assessment, lease and purchase negotiations, dispositions, lease renewals and renegotiations for financial services and law firms in the Dallas urban core.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Berkley worked at Avison Young’s Dallas office, where he represented national and regional tenants in numerous leasing transactions, specializing in the Uptown and Downtown submarkets. Following graduation from Baylor University and prior to joining Avison Young, Berkley worked at Paladin Partners in Dallas.

In his free time, Berkley enjoys traveling, running at White Rock Lake and exploring the various restaurants and leisure activities the Metroplex has to offer.
