Ashley Wang is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Dallas office, Ashley represents and advises companies in their corporate real estate strategies, and ensures her clients receive best-in-class service to help their businesses thrive.
Ashley advocates for her clients’ best interests and is equipped with the necessary tools and market knowledge to provide them with strategic advice to help them achieve their immediate needs and long-term objectives. With years of experience, Ashley advises her clients on all aspects of corporate real estate, including national portfolio management, strategic planning and needs assessment, lease and purchase negotiations, dispositions, lease renewals and renegotiations, subleases, facility purchases and build-to-suit.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Ashley worked at Tenant Services Group, where she focused exclusively on representing corporate tenants in the Dallas area and beyond. During that tenure, Ashley gained valuable experience in national portfolio management for several Fortune 500 companies in almost every industry on a national basis, including QSRs, non-profits, retailers, healthcare facilities, educational facilities and many more.
Ashley is a Texas native, born and raised in Frisco, and currently resides in Dallas. Ashley attended SMU, where she graduated with honors and a business degree in real estate finance. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her tight-knit family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors with her Teacup Yorkie named Misa, and gardening (specifically phalaenopsis orchids and dwarf fruit trees).
