Livy White is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Houston office, Livy has spent over two decades working in the Houston real estate market.
Livy prides herself on her results-driven and team-oriented approach, helping her clients achieve optimal lease and purchase solutions for their businesses. She utilizes Hughes Marino’s bespoke services to resolve her clients’ most complex needs, and has created long time partnerships by always maintaining a customer centric approach.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Livy served as vice president of healthcare commercial real estate at CBRE. Her career has been marked by many notable achievements, such as Rookie of the Year in 2021, and Broker of the Quarter in 2023. Livy has worked with clients across multiple industries and markets, taking pride in providing an unmatched level of service to each client she serves, regardless of size or user type.
In her free time, Livy enjoys spending time with her three kids, painting, traveling, cooking and exploring new restaurants throughout Houston.
