About
Jack Riazzi is a vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Raleigh-Durham office, Jack represents his clients in their commercial real estate transactions. With his results-driven and team-oriented approach, Jack helps his clients achieve optimal lease and purchase transactions for their businesses.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Jack worked within the commercial real estate industry as an account manager with a Raleigh-area regional distributor, specializing in space planning, design and project management. He also gained insightful experience as a leasing representative for a privately held commercial real estate investment and service company that develops, acquires and provides related property and investment services for industrial, flex, office and other property types throughout North and South Carolina. With his variety of prior experience from space planning to leasing operations, Jack is able to provide his clients with well-rounded advice and strategic guidance surrounding their real estate goals.
Jack graduated from Davidson College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He was a two-year captain for the men’s tennis team and has been involved with Heart Math Tutoring and ACEing Autism.
In his free time, Jack enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and playing golf. He also likes to explore all the new restaurants that continue to open in the Triangle area.
