The project consisted of the design and construction of multi-level corporate tenant improvements. The 7,500 square foot conference center features a 2,500 square foot training/meeting space, capable of seating 170+ people. Other features of the space include a high density file storage system, Law Library and a 50 seat employee break room.
Hughes Marino Construction Management (CM) was able to identify over $30,000 dollars worth of items that were the landlord’s responsibility per the terms of the lease. Our review of change orders eliminated numerous duplicate costs, saving the project thousands.
