35,097 square foot high end tenant improvement project, including a large central conference center with movable walls and rolling service counters. Creating large collaborative areas was a key component that made this space very usable for the client.

Added Value

Hughes Marino Construction Management (CM)  was able to assist the design team in evaluating and mitigating a noise issue associated with the building central plan. By locating back of office and louder function areas to the south of the space and more sound sensitive areas in the remaining space Hughes Marino CM was able to avoid a serious issue with sound that may have rendered areas of the space unusable.

Hughes Marino CM provided construction management service from architectural firm selection, design and permit through selection of a general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
