Description

The project consisted of the design, permitting, bidding and final construction of AVID’s new 33,000 square foot corporate headquarters and national training facility. The two story project was comprised of offices and support spaces on the 2nd floor with a large reception and training facility on the first floor.

Added Value

Hughes Marino’s program, project & construction management was able to work with AVID to create a great new working and training environment while maintaining strict adherence to their design and construction budget. In the end The project finished under budget by just over $100,000.

Hughes Marino provided project management services from site selection, due diligence, design and permit through selection of a general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
