I am proud to announce that Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine have honored Hughes Marino as the #2 best workplace in the nation! Just this year, Hughes Marino was named #1 best place to work by Business Journals in multiple regions we serve so when we heard the news today–it topped of our already amazing year! Chairman & CEO Jason Hughes and I make the happiness of our team a top priority and we couldn’t have earned this accolade without our truly phenomenal teammates who have made our company what it is today.
To determine the 2019 Best Small Workplaces and the 2019 Best Medium Workplaces lists, Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more than 189,000 employees at Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM organizations. Team members responded to more than 60 survey questions anonymously rating their company.
