Last week the Los Angeles Business Journal hosted its 23rd annual Women’s Summit Awards Luncheon to celebrate Los Angeles’ most inspirational women business leaders. We are thrilled to announce that Hughes Marino’s very own chief operating officer, Shay Hughes, was selected as a finalist in the Executive of the Year category. With over 300 nominees, we are humbled and grateful to see Shay be recognized among so many accomplished and talented women.
The Summit recognized outstanding achievements in business by women who “lead by example, successfully blending effective business vision with a passionate commitment to positively making a difference.” This couldn’t be more accurate of Shay, who has completely transformed the traditional model of commercial real estate brokerage, creating an environment at Hughes Marino where all team members feel valued, respected and inspired.
