Former Bisnow director brings unique expertise to nationally recognized commercial real estate brokerage’s rapidly growing Los Angeles team.
Los Angeles, CA — Hughes Marino, a nationally recognized commercial real estate company based in California, is proud to announce that Sean Spear has joined its Los Angeles team as an associate.
Spear comes to Hughes Marino from Bisnow, where he was instrumental in expanding the media company’s reach throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego as director of Southern California. Deeply immersed in the Southern California commercial real estate industry, he brings valuable experience and relationships to the table, along with a passion for helping companies create workspaces that drive success.

Spear will be based in Hughes Marino’s West Los Angeles office, and plans to focus his work primarily representing tech companies and startups in West Los Angeles and Silicon Beach.

Spear, a Los Angeles native, graduated from USC with a B.S. in public policy and development with an emphasis on real estate development and a double minor in entrepreneurship and business.
