Kayla Rover is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers. She is dedicated to assisting her clients in finding office space throughout the Los Angeles area and navigating them through the lease process from start to finish. Kayla has helped national retail clients find space throughout the country and understands the importance of having a knowledgeable tenant representative to help every step of the way.

Kayla previously worked on an elite retail team with Newmark in Los Angeles where she helped some of the most discerning brands in the world with their commercial real estate needs. Working with clients across multiple industries and geographies, Kayla enjoys providing a bespoke level of service to each and every client. She started her career in people operations at Docusign.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her friends, conquering Los Angeles’ various hikes with her dog, Demetri, creating new recipes, traveling and volunteering.
