Jack Sullivan

About

Jack Sullivan is a project manager with the program, project and construction management team at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and project management. With nearly a decade of experience in the construction, real estate and design industry, he has a passion for delivering high quality spaces.

Jack earned his bachelor’s degree from Creighton University in energy technology and sustainable engineering, a project-based curriculum aimed at advancing renewable energy from an engineering and policy perspective. With this education, he pursued how to use sustainable planning and building practices in the built environment.

Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Jack worked to deliver projects in a variety of sectors including healthcare, commercial office and retail. Some notable projects include the CPMC Mission Bernal Campus, a five-story, 80 bed hospital in the heart of San Francisco, WeWork Palo Alto, a 40,000 SF office tenant improvement and national retail rollout programs for the brands Everlane and Outdoor Voices.

In his free time, Jack likes to backpack in the Sierras, cook amazing meals with his family and friends, travel to explore new places, climb, ski and surf.
