About

Bryce McCoy is senior vice president and division lead of the Program, Project and Construction Management team at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and construction project management. Bryce brings numerous years of experience and knowledge of the construction industry throughout California and across the country to the team. He has extensive industry knowledge and truly enjoys working with clients in multiple markets with various needs to deliver spaces that exceed their expectations. Bryce has a strong drive to lead the project management team through growth, learning, mentorship and support of personal and professional goals.

Bryce received his B.S. in building construction from Virginia Tech. He excels in working with clients to develop real estate solutions across multiple sectors including developers, tech, law firms, financial institutions, life science and cGMP facilities. His approach to successful projects begins by understanding the goals and expectations of the client, and building a project team based on those key details.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in designing and delivering over 1M+ SF of high design and technical office spaces for clients across the country. His clients have included: Google with over 300K SF of office space designed and built, as well as design of a rethink of exterior areas, greenways and parking strategy for a section of their main campus in Mountain View; Adobe, which included a multi-phased main entry lobby, café, amenity spaces and office space at their headquarters in San Jose (150K SF); Dolby Laboratories which included a repositioning of an asset for lease in San Francisco with scopes including full structural upgrade to the building and all new MEP systems (70K SF), as well as a sound testing lab, anechoic chamber and office improvements in Ozark, MO (15K SF); multiple projects with Alexandria Real Estate related to asset improvements including parking security upgrades to developing the plan for activating an exterior large patio space complete with a bar and additional amenities; law offices for Baker Botts at a premier building in downtown San Francisco (35K SF) and Founders Fund office in San Francisco (20K SF). Further, he has recently completed a high end tech space in San Diego including amenity spaces, micro-kitchens and a full service kitchen and café (80K SF) and Nth Cycle in Boston, MA which included new lab areas and minor office improvements (45K SF). He also leads the Hughes Marino project team across a portfolio of projects for Samsung Semiconductor, based in San Jose, CA, and supporting projects across the nation in addition to assisting in implementing standards and processes for the Samsung team.

Bryce enjoys spending time with his partner, Kate, and their dog, Bixby, at the nearest beach, cooking at home, skiing whatever mountain range is currently calling, practicing and teaching yoga, traveling, and exploring and trying new cuisines around the world.
