Key elements included a large multi-purpose space and dining area, a high density file system, and an exterior terrace. This project, awarded LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council, featured recycled and low-emitting materials, Energy Star equipment, green power, and enhanced commissioning of the mechanical systems.
