LoanHero’s new office on the 14th floor of Symphony Towers in downtown San Diego is high-end, eclectic, homey and… So. Much. Fun. The space has an open floor plan with four private offices/break-out rooms and a conference room, all designed with glass storefronts to let as much natural light flood through the space as possible (and provide for easy communication among team members).
The space had great bones on its own — high-end finishes, a fantastic and collaborative layout, and a phenomenal location within the building (it spans north to south, nearly the entire west side of the building). It’s also just down the hall from a free, ultra-high-end gym available for all tenants.
LoanHero added its own flair to the space by installing brick paneling on the walls and natural wood baseboard throughout the suite. The company decorated the space with wood shipping palettes (great idea, right?), and used statement pieces of furniture to create comfortable “sitting room” spaces. A leather couch and homey rug are perfect for a collaboration area.
A “phone booth” door looks like a red British telephone box, and is a great way to allow for private conversations while maximizing space. It’s also a- unique and clever way to jazz up a traditional office door!
LoanHero’s kitchen is sleek, polished and has a residential vibe with beautiful Luxury Vinyl Tile floors, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and a cheery chalkboard paint wall.
Best of all, LoanHero did all of this work on a $5,000 budget. It’s no surprise a loan origination platform that saves consumers tons of money would figure out how to make its space amazing on a limited budget. Congratulations on a job well done!
