Owners Jason and Shay Hughes lead and guide the team with such confidence and pride and we are thankful to know that our team not only loves what they do, but also the people they work with on a day-to-day basis. With Tucker Hughes’ leadership, our Los Angeles office has immensely grown and flourished since the office opened in 2015. Our unique and award-winning culture is something each team member cherishes. He has also been a mentor for team members throughout the company and we cannot wait to see what else Hughes Marino achieves in the future. Our beautiful office is truly a home away from home for our dedicated team to not only work together to provide excellent service to our clients but also to enjoy the journey with one another in every way possible!
