Having facilitated transactions totaling over $5 billion and completed more than 3,000 tenant representation assignments, Scot brings a depth of experience that spans a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, life sciences and business services. Before joining Hughes Marino, Scot served as a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle and as a Principal with The Staubach Company. His passion for advocating on behalf of tenants stems from his experience as co-founder of a high-tech startup, where he firsthand encountered the imbalance tenants often face when negotiating with landlords and their representatives. With a background in science and entrepreneurship, Scot brings both analytical rigor and founder empathy to his work—helping clients make smart, strategic decisions that support their long-term success.
