RapidScale, a cloud-based technology consulting firm, sought to enhance the level of collaboration and communication among employees, partners and clients in an environment that supports their passion for workplace and wellness. Providing planning, design and delivery services, Westgroup Design created a flexible work experience to encourage cross-departmental interaction, innovation and efficiency, all while increasing employee engagement and wellbeing. The space features an open office floor plan with interior glass partitions to encourage executive-staff transparency, 180-degree open perimeter for shared views, team meeting and collaborative spaces, casual work lounge with café, and fun team-based games and amenities throughout the office.
